Support the SCP Leadership Academy

The SCP Leadership Academy provides Early Career Psychologists and  Graduate Students with leadership training, networking with current SCP leaders, and mentoring for a leadership project within SCP. The academy has become an important aspect of our leadership pipeline and helps ensure a bright future for Counseling Psychology.  Read more about the SCP Leadership Academy and read the biographies of the 2012 and 2013 Leadership Academy participants.

Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to support the SCP Leadership Academy (e.g., travel expenses for training and attending the APA Convention, leadership projects).  Your donation of $50, $75, $100, or any other amount will be very much appreciated, especially because of the expensive costs for participants to attend the APA 2013 Convention in Hawaii to present results of their leadership projects. To donate:

  • Please write your check to the order of “Society of Counseling Psychology” and put “Leadership Academy donation” on the memo line of the check.
  • Please also include a brief memo indicating full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and the amount of donation for potential follow-up communications and receiving a receipt for tax deduction purposes.
  • Mail the check and memo to Dr. Michael Mobley, SCP Treasurer, Department of Psychology, Salem State University, 352 Lafayette Street, Salem, MA 01970-5353.
