Cindy Juntunen Receives the Chester Fritz Distinguished Professor Award

Counseling psychologist Dr. Cindy Juntunen was one of two faculty members at the University of North Dakota recognized with the Chester Fritz Distinguished Professor Award.  The Fritz Distinguished Professor Award is the highest academic honor at the University of North Dakota and acknowledges outstanding records of research, teaching, and service.  We know how outstanding Cindy is as a long-time member and leader in APA Division 17, previous Chair of the Council of Counseling Psychology Training Programs, and 2014 recipient of an APA Presidential Citation for her distinguished service in educational advocacy.   It is only fitting that UND recently recognized her outstanding contributions in such a significant way. Watch the video news story here.

*Professor Cindy Juntunen is currently a full professor and training director for the Counseling Psychology doctoral program
