APA Council Representative BioDelishia Pittman, Ph.D.
A Scholar-Activist-Practitioner, Dr. Pittman splits her professional time as the Founder and Clinical Director of the PSP Wellness Collective (www.pspwc.com), a boutique psychotherapy practice prioritizing the wellbeing of Black Millennials, and as a tenured Associate Professor of Counseling in the Graduate School of Education and Human Development at The George Washington University. Dr. Pittman earned her PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Georgia and an MPH in epidemiology from The George Washington University. Dr. Pittman is a native of Phoenix, AZ and adds balance to her very full professional life by spending time with family, friends, and her dog T’Challa, travel, and loving on her godchildren, Tomás, Kaidence, and Andreas. |
